Poets Corner

This site lies to the south of the Harrow Civic centre masterplan, which is comprised of left-over pieces of land south of the existing Milton Road. The proposals for this long tapering site, were for a variety of family houses that could best respond to the changing site constraints. The continuous line of family homes are bookended to the east by a boutique mixed-use apartment building with ground floor retail. The apartment building was designed to frame the south side of the new town square surrounded by a family of civic buildings to the north.
